Do You Want to Change Something?

In class I started learning about change and my class chose to do about waste energy for our school because we see some teachers or the principal going ou the room without turning off the teachers lounge or office and classrooms. So my group was doing teacher interview videos, and me and my friend was doing the interview questions like making up the questions and ask teachers for the answers and the quality of how much the use! The rest two are like the filmers and editor for the video, right now I think the video is coming up great becuase they use best answers for our question into the video.  I think important thing I did was that to help teacher or adults in this school to not use/waste a lot of energy.  Last year I in 4th grade my class was doing recycling and we did like we put a recycling box. I really enjoy doing this because I get to hear the teachers sharing their opinions, and it become a good video.

                       

Are You Ready For The Next Stage?

Next year I'm going to be going to middle school and I'm kind of nervous because I'm like the biggest grade in Elementary and is going to be the smallest grade in Middle School, I'm also excited because I get to make new/more friends in a new school. My reaction is like going to be mix up cause it's that middle school is going to be a fresh start in school. And in 6th grade it's going to be more responsible and have more homework to do at home, and that's what I don't really like (sorry). I'm really happy to meet new teachers and it happy if I get fun and funny teachers, and also I really want to check out some cool books from library. I would like to get new skills for art because I really like to get creative and draw whatever I like, and also make art projects. My goal for middle school is to make new friends and work hard and try my best on quizes and have fun!

Time To Pack!

This summer, July, I'm moving to Minnesota, I'm nervous about moving because sometimes I'm scared going to a new school, and being in another country. I'm also excited because I get make new friends in another country and have time to hangout with my cousins, I will miss my dad because I'm going to school there. Anyway I also going to get the foods in American and Asian at same time, I will also have to get familar bus in school and other stuffs that america has that Vietnam doesn't have. I will be missing some traditional food in Vietnam cause america doesn't even have on food or snack that I really like (well there's some I really like). I also need to get use to my aunt's house, so I need to worry because theres stuff I don't know where it is but need it, so yeah. I will be missing my friends from Vietnam, but I can still make new friends in the states! So, good luck if u'r moving!

Is Anyone Going to Read This Reflection?

For this quarter I started doing blogging in my class, blogging is fun and important to me because I get to share my thoughts on what I do. My goal was to do as many blog post as I could, the more blog post the better I get on blogging. This is my first time doing blogging and this is my first blog, if I did another blog I would make even better becuase I did it before, so I know how to use this again. I think I  did pretty well in my blog so far, I think I improved not a lot because I got only a little amount of blog posts and need to improve of writing more in my blog post. I think putting pictures in worked well because I can show you what am I talking about and showing you the image of thesubject I wrote about. I think I should I do more blog post and next time maybe out more images in my blog posts.

Read off that Book Review!

My book is Hiroshima by Laurence Yep is a sad story. The story Hiroshima is about a young girl living in Japan during world war two. She was nervous about the americans dropping bombs on her city. One day the americans drop the atomic bomb on her home. She is burned, but she is alive even though all her classmates died. Can she survive the aftermath of the bomb?

Sachi is 12 and has a sister who died cause by the explosion. Sachi is young, but is the only kid in her class who survived, she has a strong body, but a burnt face. Her mother and her survive but her father and sister died. My least favorite part of this story is the huge explosion that cause a ton of damage to the city. My favorite part is when the americans taking care of the maidens because they are hurt and I think it is a nice thing to do.

This is a great book to read because you learn about the atomic bomb and Japanese victims feeling. 

Wanna Built Something in MC Pe?

In minecraft I build a house starting small with two stories. Then I made a kitchen where I stored my foods. So then I build another house that I can connect next to my house. I also made a closet, where I put my amor. So I build another two story house and think to myself that the house is close to each other why cant you I big house for me. After a few days I started surrounding my house with fence pose, and also build a new looking modern water fountain. I use bone meal to make the grass taller for my frontyard. So before I did that I make an nice entrance for people to come in, I use gravel for my walkway, I also design a nice looking wall with stonebricks and sandstone, and surrounding my fronyard with leaves and gravel to build myself a wall, so mobs wont come in. When I done with my downstairs I tried building rooms upstairs where my house could be even higher, at the end I got really high up (balcony) and plant carrots and potatoes, because they are rare drops from zombies ine minecraft pe. I made a  bathroom downstair for decoration like a real house would have. So all. I have for my house in minecraft pe, maybe I would be an bigger house like adding more rooms and stuffs. So for now it's just going to be that big for survival in minecraft pe.

Performing Arts

Performing Arts is when people performing their work like showing acts and plays, art master piece, or final music piece. Performing arts are great and is beautiful to see because you get to see performers dance and paint nice things. Some people use performing arts in different ways first of all, performers use it to show entertainment and to perform their hard work to the consumer. The consumer watches they performers to give appreciations for the hard works. Composer is the one who create the idea for the performers to show. Like the composer the music is like Mozart, Beethoven something like that or the artist that paint the painting like maybe Leonardo Da Vinci who created the Mona Lisa or Van Gogh. Perform arts means to me because I find it entertaining and beautiful to see. I like the classical music and amazing and weird art works. 

Making Graphs!

In my class started learning and making graphs in math. Graphs are easy and hard to make at the time because you have to know the measurement unit for the compares that you are doing. Sometimes I have to eyeball the lines of where I am going the dot or where am is it going up to. I did a line graph where you draw dots instead of lines. I did a graph to see classmates in height and arm span. It was hard because It was confusing where 1.43cm is or 55cm is, so it takes a while to finish. This week I did another graph to see if boys or girls runs faster, so we record the time in a paper and did a graph about it of height vs time. It was kind of easy to do then the other one, this time instead of drawing plain boring dots I drew gender symbols. The hard part for this graph was to do the measurements, the order was like quarter of a second. It was fun doing the graphs, and I hope not to do time measurements in graphs. :P
